"Rock the Dradel of Love"
Notes: Ummm...yeah.

Quatre cuddled closer to the warmth surrounding him. Burying his face into the soft folds of dark fabric, he inhaled the welcoming scent of pine and sunshine. Winter's chill would never catch him as long as he was in his lover's arms.

Duo smiled down at him, his eyes swimming with emotion. He parted his lips and Quatre's heart leaped into his throat. He's going to say it! After all this time, he's going to say it! This will be the best Christmas ever!

"Quatre?" Duo's voice was low and husky.

"Yes, Duo?" The blonde looked up at him, his heart in his eyes.

"I lo-"

A sudden rumbling silenced the braided boy's words. The house started to tremble and shake. The Arab looked fearfully up at Duo, had OZ found them at last? Duo's arms wrapped tighter around him, lending him comfort and strength.

Quatre closed his eyes as everything started to tip. Furniture slid everywhere as the couple tried to keep their seats on the huge couch. Suddenly, the world turned upside down. Duo twisted them around to break Quatre's fall as they landed. Violet eyes widened as they stared at the falling couch above them. Swiftly, Duo rolled over the blonde, shielding him from the heave piece of furniture.

Quatre opened his eyes as Duo grunted in pain. But he quickly shut them again as the world started to spin like a centrifuge. Duo was ripped off him and Quatre flew backwards, slamming against the wall. The world went black.

It was some time later that the blonde regained consciousness. Crawling through the debree, he searched frantically for a long chestnut braid. Hearing a noise outside, he quickly crawled through a window and fell to the upturned ground bellow.

Quatre sighed in relief as he saw Duo, a couple feet away, hurking his guts out. The blonde growled and stood, taking a few wobbling steps over to where Sandrock and Deathscythe were squatting. Aquamarine eyes had a distinctly unhealthy glint to them.

"How many times do I have to tell you? The safe house is NOT a dradel!!!"

With that, he collapsed.
