Here are some guidelines for submitting stories to the DHML. While it
is not completely necessary to use this exact format, the archivists at
the DHML recommend that you do in order to speed up the process of adding
your stories to the archive.
1. What Stories Are Accepted?
The stories accepted by the archive must be at least loosely based in
the Gundam Wing universe. The stories must focus on the characters Duo Maxwell
and Heero Yuy and their relationship, either canon or fanon. Also you must
be a member of the DHML for final acceptance.
2. Do I Need A Beta-Reader?
It is highly recommended that you request the services of a beta-reader.
You won't necessarily be denied entry into the archive without your work
having been beta-read, but the archivists may opt not to enter a story if
glaring typos and errors were made. Remember, spell check is your friend,
use it wisely and often!
3. What Do I Need To Include?
Title: Title of your story
Author: Your name or pseudonym
Email: me@email.com
Website: Your URL, if you have one.
Series/Part Number: The name of the Series and the chapter or part
number if applies
Rating: Think movie ratings
Pairings: All that apply.
Category: See Below.
Episode: Include if you story takes place during an episode or is
a tag or missing scene
Warnings: See Below
Summary: Include a brief description of your story.
Notes: Anything I forgot, you can add. ^_^ |
