Blood And Flowers. By Jim Morrison
Darkness falls like a curtain between us
A crow perches outside on the window ledge and watches
You take out the switchblade
Ribbons and ribbons of red appear
Tying us together for eternity
I watch by blood drip slowly
As you drink it down
Does it feel that good for you?
You hurt me again and again
I can't let you go despite all of the pain.
Emerald eyes coolly admire the fact that I can't cry
You run your fingers through my hair and pull
Your mouth meets mine and I bite
Your love tastes like blood and flowers,
Just like I imagined it would.
