Duo's eyes were locked on Heero's from across the room, his fingers twirled around nervously as he took a seat.

"Reincarnation? Hn. Intersting, you come back to ask me about that?" Heero questioned flatly, lifting his eyebrow in a curious manner.

"Iie.. actually, the reincarnation question is kinda funny.."

"Hai, I'm sure it is, get to the point Duo."

With a groan Duo's face seemed to light up in a bright pink color.

"The psychic showed me my past lives Heero.."

Heero's eyes widened a bit and he dropped the piece of article he was attempting to read at the moment. He sat up a bit more to be able to look Duo straight in the eyes.

"She showed me all the memories that are trying to surface through my dreams, I was a gladiator in ancient Rome and a prince back in the Renaissance era of England..." His voice seemed to trail off slowly, his face becoming a mess of emotions. Heero's face only stared back at him, full of curiosity and fear. With a small chuckle Duo continued his story.

"I had these lovers while..I lived through these lives, both of them who I couldn't be with..because of certain circumstances. As Antony my death brought a quick end to anything I would have had with that particular lover.."

At the mention of the name Heero pratically fell out of his chair, the hairs on his neck seemed to stand on end, a warm feeling crept over his entire body as his ears picked up every single word that Duo let from his beautiful lips.

"As Christian, *sigh* my love was driven from me for my father's sake. He sent him away.. far from the reaches of my arms or my abilities. Since I was part of the royals, of course I couldn't have what I wanted. If I had been but a peasant, I would have married him.."

Heero's eyes quivered with tears, fearing their release at any moment he quickly wiped away any access of the tears.

"Him?" He asked, his voice becoming a different pitch.

With a blush Duo only nodded and smiled shyly.

"Hai.. both of them were boys, magnificent creatures. Marcus was somewhat cold, but very daring and devoted. Simon.. was..Simon was unlike anyone I had ever met. His feelings were so emotional, so loving, so unconditional. His presence made my life feel complete."

Heero moved to a better sitting position and stared back at Duo, his face contorting between every emotion he could come up with. His hands slowly reached out and grasped Duo's, clutching them tightly. With a gasp Duo's eyes lifted to meet the beautiful cobalt gaze of his companion.

"Duo.. I have a confession."

A smile slowly crept across the heartshaped face of the Deathscythe pilot.

"Those dreams you spoke of.. I..I've been having some of the same. The same dreams exactly, at first I dismissed them.. refusing that they exsisted."

"Heero.. you know about Marcus & Antony.. Christian & Simon..?"

The wing pilot only nodded and smiled slightly, a first for Duo to ever witness. Duo couldn't control himself any longer, as tears streamed down his face he launched himself at Heero, catching the stronger boy in his embrace. He buried his nose in the nape of the Perfect Soldier's neck and inhaled the sweet fragrance that was purely Heero Yuy.

"I knew it..I could feel it all along.." Duo's words were broken on account of the massive feelings rushing through every pore of his body. Heero's strong arms wrapped around the small waist of the violet eyed boy and he pulled the beautiful face up to his.

"I told you we'd be together.. no matter how many lifetimes I had to go through." Heero's sweet voice whispered gently into the pink tinged ears, Duo's face lit up and he crushed his lips against the thin lines of Heero's. Both melting into a rush of passion, they pulled each other as close as they possibly could, holding on for dear life, making sure this time they wouldn't have to be seperated.

"I've waited all my lifetimes to hear you say that." Duo's voice was sweet and tender as he whispered into the lobes of his beloved. Heero's strong arms connected behind the thin waist and lifted the smaller boy off the ground, scooping him up into his arms. With strong legs and a filled heart, Heero Yuy carried his rediscovered love up the long staircase, their eyes never leaving contact from one anothers. Heero gently nudged the door open as they came up to it, pushing the white wood into the dark reflection of the room. Duo's eyes were shining a brilliant violet color as the door closed behind the couple, with a click it locked and the two were left in the dark, covering each other with their warms bodies.

Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months and eleven incredible months eventually turned into the one year anniversary of Duo and Heero. The couple sat peacefully out on the sundeck, over looking the large lake in the backyard. Both letting their eyes and memory soak up the events of the wonderful day. Duo shifted slightly in Heero's lap and leaned his head against the broad shoulders of his lover.

"Hee-chan, this day was perfect. First the restaurant, the theatre, the dancing. I feel like I've died and gone to heaven."

Heero only nodded in agreement and kissed the temple of his Duo, inhaling the erotic aromas of the long braid of chestnut hair.

"It couldn't get any better than this.." Duo sighed, closing his eyes, feeling the secure feeling of Heero's arms wrap around his waist and intertwine their fingers. Heero smirked to himself and reached to the small table next to them, digging through the hidden drawer he pulled out a small velvet black box and ran his thumb over the smooth texture. He kept one arm protectively around his beloved as he pulled the box in front of Duo's heart shaped face.

"Duo.." Heero began, swallowing the large lump climbing in this throat. Without opening his large eyes Duo only snuggled into the broad chest and mumbled gently.

"Hm?" He asked, happily smiling to himself. Heero squeezed his hand gently and kissed his forehead.

"Open your eyes." Heero whispered softly into Duo's right ear. Duo made a small grunting noise and he sat himself up just a tad before opening his deliciously colored eyes. In his view sat a small box, held up by the calloused, yet soft hand of his lover. His gaze turned towards Heero and back at the box.

"Na..nani? Heero Yuy..is..is this what I think it is?"

"Open it." He replied flatly, staring nervously at his lover. Duo's nervous fingers slowly pulled the top to the box open, the sight was met with an exasperated gasp from the braided pilot.

"Oh..Heero.." Duo's face was full of happiness and joy as he stared upon the small silver, diamond studded ring. Heero took the box from Duo and removed the ring, turning the smaller pilot in his lap so that he was straddling him..facing him. Taking a gentle hold of Duo's left hand, the ring slid on perfectly, as if it had been there for years.

"Duo, will you marry me?"

His heart sank, tears flowed freely from his large softened eyes, he wrapped his arms around the strong neck and pulled Heero into a bone crushing embrace. His sobs covered any sign of actual words and all Heero could do was run his hands up and down the smooth back.

"I've waited so long.." Duo's voice was cracked and broken, filled with desperate emotion and uncontrollable happiness. "After everything, I've waited so long." He kissed his Heero on the cheek and whispered to him softly. "Of course I'll marry you."

Duo sat at their small wedding banquet, a huge smile spread across his face, his dark blue kimono covering his whole body. Noone could keep their eyes off neither him or Heero. Both looked stunning in their traditional kimonos with their hair neatly styled. Duo's eyes shined with a certain air, creating the perfect atmosphere. He stared back at his new husband, a certain smile was plastered across the Perfect Soliders face as he returned the gaze lovingly. Duo could close his eyes and see the smiling faces of Marcus, Antony, Simon and Christian staring back at him, each one of them were just made the happiest people ever alive. Each one finally getting a closer on the relationships they lost or were forced to give up so long ago. Heero and Duo would live out every fantasy, memory and expectations that their previous lives had planned out for them centuries before. Marcus and Antony would have their small home, away from Rome, away from all the pain and agony of being gladiators. Christian and Simon would have their wonderful mornings, each one taking a moment to stare back into the face of their lover, memorizing it, falling in love with one another all over again. As Heero and Duo retreated to their honeymoon suite, they could hear the clapping of their friends behind them. Duo only squeezed Heero's hand and kissed him sweetly on the cheek.

"Thank you for keeping your promise.. Heero."
